PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND NUTRITION

ACTION GROUP

The Physical Activity and Nutrition Action Group is working to improve nutrition and increase physical activity in Valley County through education and improving accessibility.

This group currently isn't active.

If you're passionate about nutrition and/or physical activity and have ideas on how to improve it, please reach out to us at valleycare59230@gmail.com.

SUBMIT A
STORY.

The Valley CARE Coalition is proud to present anonymous accounts from Valley County residents about their mental health or recovery journeys.

These journeys take courage and are a sign of strength. We hope to raise awareness for these experiences and show others in our community that they are not alone.

Every story is worth sharing when it comes to ending the stigma.

Interested in writing an entry for Stories from the Strong?

We encourage anyone in the community that would like to share their experiences, advice, lessons learned, or messages of solidarity and hope to participate.
